Tomato Hog Heart Seedling

Saturday, May 3rd our take home meal will be chicken mole with rice. We simmer succulent chicken thighs in a rich smokey red mole sauce that is a bit spicy. It is served with a side of rice and topped with queso fresco. Just heat it up and dinner is done! š¤ Our ready-to-heat meals are made to serve one person but if prepared with a starch or an additional side they could feed two people. These ready-to-heat meals are cooked fresh the day before the market, packed, and frozen. We have designed them for you to have simple but marvelous meals at home. Just pick them up at the market, pop them in your freezer or refrigerator when you get home, then simply heat them up in the microwave or oven when you want.
