Freshly made fish ceviche you can serve with tortilla chips, crackers or alone as a refreshing salad. Our fish ceviche is made of local blue catfish marinated in lime juice with ripe tomatoes, chopped onions, fresh cilantro, kosher salt, and black pepper; thats it! No preservatives are used, so it must be kept refrigerated.

Our fresh guacamole is made from ripe avocados, fresh cilantro, hand squeezed lime juice, kosher salt and black pepper; thats it no fillers. This is what avocados dreams are made of, our guacamole goes perfectly with chips, tacos, or whatever your heart desires. No preservatives are used, so it must be kept refrigerated.

We created a custom hot cocoa mix to make the perfect cup of chocolatey goodness. Our mix is dairy-free but still creamy and will remind you of the hot chocolate of your childhood. Our hot cocoa mix includes powdered sugar, cocoa powder, coconut milk powder, kosher salt, and cinnamon. No preservatives are used. To make hot cocoa: Whisk 1/4 cup of mix into 1 cup of hot water. For a richer drink, use warm milk instead. 1 pound bag makes 20 cups of hot cocoa.

Saturday, December 6th our soup will be Prosciutto and White Sweet Potato Soup: cubes of prosciutto with our white sweet potatoes along with carrots, celery, and onion. This soup is hearty and delicious perfect for early December days. This is gluten-free. Our hot soup for market day changes every week. These delicious soups are perfect for a quick lunch or part of an extravagant dinner. No preservatives are used, so it must be kept refrigerated or frozen.

Saturday, December 6th our take home meal will be roasted tomato and eggplant pasta. We roast cherry tomatoes with eggplant, chickpeas, and garlic, then toss them with penne pasta and top it all with fresh basil. This meal is vegan. Just heat it up and dinner is done! 🤗 Our ready-to-heat meals are made to serve one person but if prepared with a starch or an additional side they could feed two people. These ready-to-heat meals are cooked fresh the day before the market, packed, and frozen. We have designed them for you to have simple but marvelous meals at home. Just pick them up at the market, pop them in your freezer or refrigerator when you get home, then simply heat them up in the microwave or oven when you want. Right now we'll just have one offering each week.

Heads of cured basque garlic. This hardneck variety has bulbs that are uniform in shape with easy to peel 6-8 cloves per bulb. Basque garlic is small but mighty in flavor and is one of the best roasting varieties - it is like candy when roasted! This hardneck Turban type with flattened bulbs occasional purple striping from Basque Country in the in the autonomous province of Navarre (Nafarroa), Northern Spain. It has a quick heat when eaten raw, fading into an earthy finish. In the Basque language garlic is “baratxuri”. (The photo shows a container with 1/4 pound worth of garlic.)

Heads of cured kishlyk garlic. This hardneck variety has 8-10 cloves per bulb. Kyshlik is a wild garlic type, originally collected near Kishlyk, Uzbekistan. The bulbs typically have gorgeous purple stripes with crescent-shaped cloves. Flavor is fairly spicy and earthy. (The photo shows containers with 1/4 pound worth of garlic in each.)

We grow our own certified organic garlic seed which we used to plant our garlic rows for 2026. We ended up with more seed garlic than we need, so we’re passing the deal along to you! Heads of cured red janice garlic. This hardneck variety has contain 5-9 cloves. Red Janice is a Turban hardneck that originated in the Republic of Georgia. It has deep red cloves under purple skins. Flavor is sweet and spicy when roasted, and has quite the sharp kick when eaten raw.

These luffa sponges are grown on our farm from luffa gourds. Luffa sponges can be used in the bath or at the kitchen sink. They are durable, while being 100% biodegradable. Our luffas range in size from 5" to 11" long. Due to its natural nature, luffas may have dark spots or discoloration; they might also contain a few leftover seeds. Tax Included

Delicious black futsu pumpkins by the pound. This is a Japanese heirloom with unforgettable visual appearance and irresistibly sweet flesh. The decorative quality of this unique fruit makes it an ornamental treasure in fall. Spooky and gorgeous at the same time, fruit are bumpy and textured with frosted grey to a warm orange buff color. Its skin is thin and edible. The delicious flesh is sweet raw or roasted, with light and fruity notes that hang delicately in each bite. Each pumpkin is approximately 1 to 3 pounds. Delicious long island cheese pumpkins by the pound. Linked to cheese through appearance only, the Long Island Cheese Pumpkin has been revered for centuries thanks to its smooth flesh and string-less interior (not to mention the high nutrient content). It's one of the oldest squashes domesticated for food, which speaks well for its taste. The skin is tan colored, smooth with slight vertical ribbing. The flesh is orange, dense, yet tender and creamy with a sweet mild flavor. Each pumpkin is approximately 3 to 10 pounds. Delicious seminole pumpkins by the pound. These are sweeter than butternut and have firm, deep-orange flesh. This is an heirloom variety that was a staple among the Seminole Native Americans in the Everglades. It has a smooth texture and sweet flavor that is great for pies, soups and many baked goods. Each pumpkin is approximately a pound. When placing your order the number you choice is how many total pounds of pumpkins you will get.

Sunchokes aka Jerusalem artichokes by the pound. These tubers can be eaten raw, cooked, or pickled. Most commonly, they are used like potatoes: baked, steamed, roasted, or cooked pretty much however you choose. This heirloom variety is White Fuseau it has a sweet flavor, thin skin, and round-ish blond tubers that are easy to clean. (The photo shows container with 1 pound worth of sunchokes)

Two pounds of delicious sweet potatoes. These hayman sweet potatoes have a cream-colored skin and white flesh that turns slightly yellow when cooked. They look like “Irish Potatoes,” but have a sweeter flavor. This is a traditional heirloom of Eastern Shore Maryland.

Two pounds of delicious sweet potatoes. Purple Majesty is a purple sweet potato with all purple skin and intense purple flesh. It retains color after cooking and is naturally high in anthocyanins.
